Abstract

ABSTRAK Sella tursika merupakan bagian neurokranial dan kompleks maksilofasial yang merupakan landmark penting untuk analisis dentoskeletal dan jaringan lunak yang terlihat pada radiografi sefalometri. makroradiografi sering dilakukan dengan mengubah jarak, baik focus film distance (FFD), focus object distance (FOD), maupun object film distance (OFD). Computed radiography (CR) merupakan sistem pencitraan radiografi sinar-X konvensional (kombinasi kaset, intensifying screen dan film) dimana intensifying screen dalam kaset diganti dengan storge phosphor plate atau photostimulating storage phosphor (PSP) sebagai film pada imaging plate. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui hasil perbandingan kualitas citra radiografi sella tursica dengan teknik makroradiografi dan proses zooming pada Computed Radiography salah satu parameter kualitas citra dalam pengukuran adalah Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) dan Contrac to Noise Ratio (CNR). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu bersifat kuantitatif dengan studi eksperimental dengan menghitung perbandingan nilai SNR dan CNR pada pemeriksaan radiografi makroradiografi dan proses zooming pada Computed Radiography. Kemudian diuji menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menggunakan metode uji T test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Universitas Awal Bros pada bulan April-Mei 2024 Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai SNR Asymp.Sig = 0,124 > 0.05, dan nilai CNR Asymp.Sig = 0,021 < 0.05 artinya tidak terdapat selisih perbandingan yang signifikan terhadap hasil gambaran sella turcica pada teknik makroradiografi dan proses zooming pada Computed Radiography. Kata kunci : sella turcica, makroradiogrfi, FFD, SNR, CNR, ABSTRACT The sella turcica is part of the neurocranial and maxillofacial complex which is an important landmark for dentoskeletal and soft tissue analysis visible on cephalometric radiographs. Macroradiography is often carried out by changing the distance, either focus film distance (FFD), focus object distance (FOD), or object film distance (OFD). Computed radiography (CR) is a conventional X-ray radiography imaging system (combination of cassette, intensifying screen and film) where the intensifying screen in the cassette is replaced with a storage phosphor plate or photostimulating storage phosphor (PSP) as a film on the imaging plate. The aim of this research is to find out the results of comparing the image quality of sella tursica radiography with macroradiography techniques and the zooming process in Computed Radiography. One of the image quality parameters in measurement is Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Contrac to Noise Ratio (CNR). The method used in this research is quantitative with an experimental study, by calculating the comparison of SNR and CNR values in macroradiography samples and zooming process samples in Computed Radiography. Then tested using the SPSS application using the T test method. This research was conducted at the Awal Bros University Laboratory in April- May 2024. The results of this research are the SNR Asymp.Sig value = 0.124 > 0.05, and the CNR Asymp.Sig value = 0.021 < 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference in comparison between the results of the sella turcica image in the macroradiography technique and the zooming process in Computed Radiography.
