Abstract
ABSTRAK Keputusan MENKES RI No.1250 Tahun 2009 bahwa kualitas dan keselamatan pelayanan radiodiagnostik merupakan faktor terpenting karena dapat menimbulkan bahaya terhadap petugas, pasien dan lingkungan sekitarnya apabila tidak dikelola dengan benar.Salah satu komponen kegiatan untuk menjamin kualitas pelayanan radiodiagnostik adalah dengan menyelenggarakan kendali mutu (quality control). Di Instalasi Radiologi RS Pekanbaru Medical Center, peneliti melalukan wawancara langsung kepada radiografer terkait pernahkah dilakukannya uji deteksi kebocoran tabung sinar-x konvensional, salah satu radiografer menjawab sudah lama tidak dilakukan, terakhir dilakukan dua tahun yang lalu oleh petugas Kesehatan bagian pengecekan alat. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif. Dengan Observasi tentang Uji Deteksi Kebocoran Tabung Sinar-X Konvensional menggunakan pesawat sinar-X konvensional dan surveymeter. Penelitian di lakukan di ruangan Instalasi Radiologi RS Pekanbaru Medical Center dari bulan Mei -Juni 2024. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan alat ukur surveymeter menunjukkan nilai 0,11 mGy/jam. Dari hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan untuk posisi depan, belakang, kiri, kanan, atas, bawah dikatakan masih aman dari ambang batas yang ditetapkan BAPETEN No 4 Tahun 2020 dengan nilai <1 mGy/jam. Kata Kunci : Uji Kebocoran ,Pesawat Sinar-X, Radiologi Kepustakaan : 18 (2011–2023) ABSTRACT Decree of MENKES RI No.1250 Year 2009 that the quality and safety of radiodiagnostic services is the most important factor because it can cause danger to officers, patients and the surrounding environment if not managed properly.One component of activities to ensure the quality of radiodiagnostic services is by organising quality control. In the Radiology Installation of Pekanbaru Medical Centre Hospital, researchers conducted direct interviews with radiographers regarding whether a conventional x-ray tube leak detection test had ever been carried out, one of the radiographers answered that it had not been done for a long time, the last time it was done two years ago by the Health Officer checking the equipment. This type of research uses a quantitative type. With Observation about Conventional X-ray Tube Leak Detection Test using conventional X-ray aircraft and surveymeter. The research was conducted in the Radiology Installation room of Pekanbaru Medical Centre Hospital from May to June 2024. Based on the results of research using a surveymeter measuring instrument shows a value of 0.11 mGy / hour. From the results of trials that have been carried out for the front, back, left, right, top, bottom positions, it is said that it is still safe from the threshold set by BAPETEN No. 4 of 2020 with a value of <1 mGy / hour.
