Abstract
Kata kunci : Informasi anatomi, Variasi penyudutan, Lumbosacral Joint Low Back Pain (LBP) is a symptom of pain in the lower back. Low back pain sufferers in Indonesia are estimated to reach 37% to 76%. An examination that can help confirm the diagnosis of LBP is a radiographic examination of the lumbosacral joint. According to Long et al (2016), the AP axial lumbosacral joint examination uses a central ray 300-350 cephalad, while according to Slonim (2016) the AP axial lumbosacral joint examination uses a central ray 100-200 cranially. Meanwhile, according to Sipa Tri Astuti (2023), the AP axial lumbosacral joint examination uses a central ray angle of 00,100,200,300 cephalad, which is 100 cephalad because the anatomical information produced is more informative and optimal, the limitation is only using one phantom with a thickness of 19 cm. From these differences, this study aims to determine whether there are differences in anatomical information resulting from angle variations and angles that obtain optimal AP axial projection lumbosacral joint radiograph results. This research is a type of quantitative research with an experimental study. By distinguishing variations in the angle of the Central Ray (CR) from the anatomical information of the lumbosacral joint AP axial projection. The variations in central ray (CR) angles used are 50,100,150 and 200 cephalad. The overall results of this study were that there was no difference in the anatomical information of the AP axial lumbosacral joint with variations in angle. This was proven by the results of the difference test which showed a value of 0.176 > 0.05, while the results of the anatomical analysis of the AP Axial lumbosacral joint had a p-value of < 0.05 and >0.05, which means there is a difference in anatomical information and there is no difference in anatomical information in variations in central ray angle. Of the four angles, the 50 cephalad angle was considered optimal in showing anatomical information of the axial AP lumbosacral joint because it obtained the highest mean rank results. Keywords: Anatomical information, Angle variations, Lumbosacral Joint.
