Abstract

ABSTRAK Pesawat LINAC menggunakan gelombang elektromagnetik dengan frekuensi tinggi. Modalitas LINAC di RSUD Arifin Achmad melayanin pasien kanker kurang lebih 60 pasien perbulan, untuk memastikan jalan penyinaran aman terhadap pasien maka salah satu langkah awalnya ialah pesawat LINAC perlu di lakukan kendali mutu harian sebelum melakukan peyinaran. Berdasarkan penelusuran awal yang dilakukan di fasilitas radioterapi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau, peneliti mengkaji peran radiografer dalam kendali mutu, dan didapati salah satu uji kendali mutu tidak dilakukan yang berupa cek laparan penyinaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian yang lebih mendalam diperlukan untuk mengetahuhi peran radiografer dalam Kendali Mutu harian LINAC di Instalansi Radioterapi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan secara observasional dan wawancara. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran radiografer terhadap tindakan kendali mutu pesawat linear accelator (LINAC) yang merujuk pada Permenkes Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/316/2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada analisis peran radiografer terhadap kendali mutu pesawat LINAC di Instalasi Radioterapi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau secara keseluruhan sudah baik dan sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Namun, merujuk pada Peraturan Mentri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/316/2020, hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan adanya 2 poin dari total poin keseluruhan yang ditetapkan masih belum dilaksanakan. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya pembagian peran pada kendali mutu pada pesawat LINAC di Instalasi Radioterapi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau antara Fisikawan medis dan Radiografer. Perlu dilakukannya kolaborasi yang lebih cakap antara radiogafer dan fisikawan medis sehingga peran radiografer terhadap kendali mutu bisa tercapai dengan baik yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. In order to ensure that the radiation path is safe for the patients, one of the first steps is for the LINAC machine to perform daily quality checks before it delivers radiation. Based aninitial research conducted at the radiotherapy department of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, the researcher observed and reviewed the role of radiologists in quality control, including the implementation of radiation field quality checks. Radiologists assume that this operation is performed by the person in charge (medical physicist). Therefore, a more in-depth study is needed to find out the role of radiologists in daily LINAC quality control at Radiotherapy Instalansi RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with an observational and interview approach. The research design used in this research is descriptive. This research aims to find out the role of radiographers in quality control measures for linear accelerator (LINAC) aircraft which refers to Minister of Health Regulation Number HK.01.07/MENKES/316/2020. Based on the results of research conducted on the analysis of the role of radiographers in the quality control of LINAC aircraft at the Radiotherapy Installation of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, overal it is good and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). However, referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07/MENKES/316/2020, the results of observations and interviews show that 2 points out of the total points determined have not yet been implemented. This is due to the division of roles in quality control on LINAC aircraft at the Radiotherapy Installation at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, between medical physicists and radiographers. There needs to be more skilled collaboration between radiographers and medical physicists so that the role of radiographers in quality control can be achieved well in accordance with statutory regulations.
