Abstract
SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) RADIASI DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSI IBNU SINA ALVIN KHOIRI1) 1)Universitas Awal Bros Email : alvinkhiri456@gmail.com ABSTRAK Sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) merupakan bagian dari sistem manajemen perusahaan secara keseluruhan dalam rangka pengendalian resiko yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan kerja guna terciptanya tempat kerja yang aman, efisien, produktif. 4 prinsip penerapan SMK3 radiasi yaitu : organisasi proteksi, pemeriksaan kesehatan, peralatan proteksi, pendidikan dan latihan. Di instalasi radiologi RSI Ibnu Sina masih kurangnya penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan radiasi baik itu untuk pekerja, pasien dan anggota masyarakat, serta kurangnya penggunaan alat pelindung diri, perawatan alat proteksi radiasi. Hal ini jelas bertentangan dengan prinsip SMK3 radiasi berdasarkan PP RI No. 63 Tahun 2000. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) radiasi di instalasi radiologi RSI Ibnu Sina terhadap keempat prinsip tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik Data Source Triangulation. Penelitian dilakukan di instalasi radiologi RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru dari bulan Mei-Juni 2024. Sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) di instalasi radiologi RSI Ibnu Sina sudah berjalan, dari 4 prinsip dasar SMK3 yang diteliti terdapat 2 prinsip yang sudah berjalan yaitu memiliki organisasi proteksi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan serta 2 prinsip yang tidak berjalan yaitu perawatan peralatan proteksi radiasi serta pendidikan dan pelatihan. Untuk pencapaian tujuan prinsip SMK3 rumah sakit harus melakukan peninjauan perawatan peralatan proteksi radiasi secara berkala serta melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk semua pekerja radiasi. In the radiology installation of RSI Ibnu Sina there is still a lack of application of radiation safety and health for workers, patients and community members, as well as the lack of use of personal protective equipment, maintenance of radiation protection equipment. This is clearly contrary to the principle of SMK3 radiation based on PP RI No. 63 Year 2000. This study aims to determine how the radiation occupational safety and health (OHS) management system in the radiology installation of RSI Ibnu Sina against the four principles. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach, the data collection methods are field observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity test was conducted with Data Source Triangulation technique. The research was conducted at the radiology installation of RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru from May-June 2024. The occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the radiology installation of RSI Ibnu Sina has been running, of the 4 basic principles of SMK3 studied there are 2 principles that have been running, namely having a protection organisation and health checks and 2 principles that are not running, namely maintenance of radiation protection equipment and education and training. To achieve the objectives of SMK3 principles, the hospital must periodically review the maintenance of radiation protection equipment and conduct education and training for all radiation workers.
